The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is a structured and evidence-based 8 week programme that provides an intensive introduction to mindfulness practice. Taught by George Bate & Fiona Foster, each weekly session lasts around 2 hours. This course is open to those aged 25 and under, and provides a practical toolkit to help reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
